Tunnel Kiln is a type of brick drying and burning system. When get the green bricks, stacker will place them on the kiln cars, then kiln cars will enter the tunnel dryer frist to finish the brick drying process, then will enter the tunnel burner to finish the brick burning process. Tunnel Kiln normally with the length of 90-120m, kiln section or kiln inner width is decided by the production capacity requirments. Halstec advise 3.6m, 4.8m, and 5.2m sizes for reference. Tunnel kiln is an ideal choice for high-efficiency brick production and other industrial production lines.
