Halstec to Deliver Advanced Brick Production Line in Southeast Asia

Halstec is proud to announce the ongoing construction of a modern brick manufacturing plant in Southeast Asia, commissioned by a valued client. The facility will utilize clay and washed sand mud as raw materials to produce high-quality bricks measuring 200×100×50 mm. With a planned daily output of 350,000 bricks, the production line is designed for high efficiency and reliability. Key features include a Robot Stacking System for precise and automated handling. The kiln will be built around a 9.88 m rotary tunnel kiln design, ensuring uniform heating and consistent product quality.     Halstec specializes in providing end-to-end plant construction services, and this project is another example of our capability to deliver advanced manufacturing infrastructure that meets both production and sustainability goals. Halstec’s Tunnel Kiln Project in India Successfully Commissioned!

    In July 2025, the 3.7-meter tunnel kiln project in India, undertaken by Shandong Halstec Engineering Co., Ltd., was officially commissioned, marking another benchmark for Chinese building materials equipment in the overseas market. The project utilizes our independently developed JKY-55 Double stage vacuum extruder, achieving a daily output of over 100,000 standard bricks (240×115×70mm). Its intelligent production system has earned high praise from the Indian client.       Despite the remote location of the project, Halstec’s after-sales team, with rich international project experience, provided 24/7 online support and real-time video guidance, assisting the client throughout the entire process of equipment installation and production optimization. India Client Visiting

India client visited my company in August of 2019,  mainly talked about the machine upgrade issue. We set up the brick factory in 2014 year, because drying chamber, and buring issue, customer did not run the factory till 2019.    Machines stayed at the warehouse for 5 years almost,  before coming into production, my company sales engineers check the machine, install and commissioing the machines as customer request.
