Aerial View: Modern Brick Factory Under Construction in Southeast Asia     Overlooking the Halstec Southeast Asia project site from above, the momentum of building a modern brick factory is in full swing: The giant circular steel structure (the main frame of the 9.88m Rotary Tunnel Kiln) has taken shape. Construction machinery operates efficiently on the site, and the infrastructure works of the raw material processing area and production workshop are progressing simultaneously. The project is advancing steadily as planned. Currently, the project construction team is fully promoting site infrastructure and main structure construction. A team of Chinese and foreign engineers is stationed on-site to ensure construction quality through meticulous management, demonstrating Halstec's professional performance capability in "end-to-end factory construction services".     Equipment Sets Sail by Sea! With a planned daily output of 350,000 bricks, the production line is designed for high efficiency and reliability. Key features include a Robot Stacking System for precise and automated handling.     In July 2025, the 3.7-meter tunnel kiln project in India, undertaken by Shandong Halstec Engineering Co., Ltd., was officially commissioned, marking another benchmark for Chinese building materials equipment in the overseas market. The project utilizes our independently developed JKY-55 Double stage vacuum extruder, achieving a daily output of over 100,000 standard bricks (240×115×70mm). Its intelligent production system has earned high praise from the Indian client.       Despite the remote location of the project, Halstec’s after-sales team, with rich international project experience, provided 24/7 online support and real-time video guidance, assisting the client throughout the entire process of equipment installation and production optimization.
