Recently, the Indonesia fully automatic brick making whole-line project undertaken by our company has reached its key milestone — the kiln has been officially ignited and put into operation. All equipment on the whole line runs stably, and core indicators such as production capacity and product quality have all met the design standards. PART 02 Core Configuration: Fully Automated Production Line Ensures Stable Output

The project covers a total area of 155 × 120 meters, adopting a mature fully automatic sintered brick process route with core indicators reaching the industry's advanced level.
1. Kiln System: Equipped with a 9.88-meter mobile tunnel kiln, featuring uniform sintering, lower energy consumption and support for continuous large-scale production
2. Designed Capacity: 350,000 finished bricks per day, which can fully meet the brick demand of local infrastructure and civil construction projects
3 .Raw Materials & Fuel: Using clay and sand washing sludge as core raw materials; adopting internal combustion sintering process, in which coal is directly mixed into raw materials and burned together with brick adobes in the kiln to provide heat

4. Applicable Brick Types: Supports production of multiple specifications, covering mainstream local market categories
200 × 100 × 50 mm solid bricks
200 × 100 × 60 mm solid bricks
210 × 100 × 63 mm solid bricks / perforated bricks

All core equipment of the whole line is independently developed, providing dual guarantees for production capacity and product quality:
1. JKY60 Double-stage Vacuum Extruder
As the core forming equipment of the whole line, this equipment features high extrusion pressure, high adobe density and strong operation stability. It can flexibly adapt to diverse raw material formulas and brick type switching, ensuring the strength and appearance quality of finished bricks.
2. 800kg Heavy-load Robot Stacking Machine
It is a high-precision automatic stacking system, which can automatically complete layered stacking of brick adobes of different specifications, greatly reduce labor dependence, and significantly improve stacking efficiency and the automation level of the whole production line.
