Application:

Twice-setting Rack Loading and Unloading System is the important machine for producing high-grade face bricks/big size hollow bricks. This system comes with cutting, wet brick grouping, loading, rack transporting, rack unloading, dry brick grouping, brick stacking etc.

This system is suitable for production of normal wall materials, face bricks, insulating big blocks etc.

Working Principle
Firstly, mud columns are cut into pieces of bricks by vertical cutting device, then wet bricks will be pushed onto the grouping system, then transferred to the pallet which is on the loading frame. When the loading frame with full of pallets, forklift comes and moves the loading frame into the drying chamber to dry the bricks. After drying, forklift comes and move the loading frame to the new working position, then unload all pallets one by one. The pallets will be moved to the re-grouping area, here the dried bricks will be separated again, then by Robot stacking machine, will be placed onto the kiln cars, entering tunnel kiln to finish fire process.

Finished Brick Samples

According to different usage purpose, finished bricks can be divided into out-wall decoration bricks, and inner-wall construction bricks.

Out-wall decoration bricks come with smooth surface and uniform color , and normally burning fuel is natural gas or coal powder, which is showered into the burning kiln by specific tube system. Out-wall decoration bricks also can be called as Face bricks.

Inner-wall construction bricks, normally featured with rough surface, but higher strength. Burning fuel for inner-wall construction bricks is coal, which can be added into the raw materials, or threw from the top of burning kiln.

Below is the sample for finished bricks, the size, shape and hole rate can be customized as the production requirements of clients.
