Working Principle:
The tunnel kiln has a long, narrow tunnel-like structure. Kiln cars carry brick blanks and move continuously along tracks, exchanging heat counter-currently with high-temperature flue gas to complete the entire process of drying, preheating, firing, and cooling sequentially:
