Working Principle:
The equipment adopts an integrated structure of "double-stage extrusion + vacuum chamber," mainly composed of an upper-stage spiral feeding mechanism, a lower-stage spiral extrusion mechanism, a vacuum chamber, forming die heads, a power system, an intelligent control system, and a frame. The upper-stage spiral feeder uniformly and continuously conveys the pre-treated clay to the vacuum chamber for initial extrusion and homogenization. The vacuum chamber features a highly efficient sealing design, quickly extracting air, moisture, and impurities from the clay, ensuring a void-free and dense texture, thus preventing problems such as cracking, hollowing, and underfiring after brick firing. The lower-stage spiral uses a high-pressure extrusion design to push the degassed, dense clay to the forming die head, extruding it into brick blanks of different specifications and shapes, such as solid bricks, porous bricks, and hollow bricks, according to production needs. The die head is flexibly replaceable to adapt to diverse production requirements.

According to different usage purpose, finished bricks can be divided into out-wall decoration bricks, and inner-wall construction bricks.
Out-wall decoration bricks come with smooth surface and uniform color , and normally burning fuel is natural gas or coal powder, which is showered into the burning kiln by specific tube system. Out-wall decoration bricks also can be called as Face bricks.
Inner-wall construction bricks, normally featured with rough surface, but higher strength. Burning fuel for inner-wall construction bricks is coal, which can be added into the raw materials, or threw from the top of burning kiln.
