Product Description:

Working Principle (Core Process):

1. Materials fall into the gap between the two rollers through the feed inlet and are drawn into the crushing chamber by the counter-rotating rollers.
2. The two rollers generate strong extrusion force, causing the materials to be compressed and sheared between the rollers for crushing.
3. The crushed materials are naturally discharged from the roller gap, and the finished product particle size is precisely controlled by the roller gap.
4. Overload Protection Mechanism: When encountering excessively hard or uncrushable materials, the movable roller automatically retreats through the spring/hydraulic system to increase the gap, allowing foreign objects to be discharged and protecting the equipment from damage.
