Applications:
Brick cutting machines typically employ a two-stage cutting method: first cutting strips, then cutting bricks.
Strip cutting (transverse cutting): When the clay strip reaches the predetermined length, a set of horizontally moving steel wires or cutters rapidly descend, cutting the clay strip into an independent "clay strip segment."
Brick cutting (longitudinal cutting): Immediately afterwards, a "brick cutting frame" composed of multiple parallel steel wires falls vertically (longitudinally), simultaneously cutting this "clay strip segment" into multiple single brick pieces. The number and spacing of the steel wires determine the width of the brick pieces and the number of brick pieces cut at one time.
The entire cutting process is precisely coordinated by an electrical control system (PLC) or a mechanical cam mechanism, synchronized with the speed of the extruded clay strip, achieving continuous, equidistant, and automated cutting operations.

According to different usage purpose, finished bricks can be divided into out-wall decoration bricks, and inner-wall construction bricks.
Out-wall decoration bricks come with smooth surface and uniform color , and normally burning fuel is natural gas or coal powder, which is showered into the burning kiln by specific tube system. Out-wall decoration bricks also can be called as Face bricks.
Inner-wall construction bricks, normally featured with rough surface, but higher strength. Burning fuel for inner-wall construction bricks is coal, which can be added into the raw materials, or threw from the top of burning kiln.
