Refractory Bricks |
Refractory Bricks from Shandong Halste Engineering Co., Ltd. are high-temperature resistant products manufactured by mixing soft clay and hard clay clinker in precise ratios, forming under high pressure, and sintering at elevated temperatures. These bricks offer exceptional durability, thermal shock resistance, and mechanical strength, making them the preferred choice for lining industrial furnaces and thermal equipment. Available in various shapes and materials—including clay, high alumina, silicon, magnesium, and corundum—our refractory bricks are designed to withstand extreme operating conditions while maintaining structural integrity. With characteristics such as high temperature durability, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and low creepage, they deliver reliable performance across multiple industries.

Q1: What is the difference between clay refractory bricks and high alumina refractory bricks?
A1: Clay refractory bricks (HSTN series) contain 30-42% Al₂O₃ and are suitable for general high-temperature applications up to 1770°C. High alumina bricks (HSTG series) contain 55-75% Al₂O₃, offering higher refractoriness (up to 1850°C), better load-bearing capacity, and superior resistance to slag corrosion, making them ideal for more demanding applications.
Q2: What other refractory products does your company offer?
A2: We offer a full range of industrial refractory insulation materials, including Ceramic Fiber Cotton, Blankets, Boards, Modules, Irregular Parts, Coating Materials, and Marine Products.
Q3: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A3: We do not have a strict MOQ and can accommodate orders for different project sizes. The final price will depend on the quantity ordered.
Q4: Can we visit your factory in China?
A4: Absolutely! You are always welcome to visit our factory. Please contact us in advance to schedule a tour.
