Application:

ZQ series of Automatic Cutting Machines are mainly used to cut long mud column into pieces of bricks in required size. Normally auto brick cutting machines will work with Stacking Machines, such as auto setting machine and Robot stacking machine, they will use same program and control system. Working Principle

ZQ series of Automatic Cutting Machines are mainly used to cut long mud column into pieces of bricks in required size. It includes three parts, strip cutter, belt conveyor and brick cutter. When the mud column, which is extruded out by Extruder, comes to the strip cutter, it will be cut into mud strip by vertical steel wire, then transferred to the belt conveyor. The mud strip will bu pushed through the steel wires, and become pieces of bricks.

Automatic wire brick cut machine can provide the bricks in required size and shape, which is very important for the production of whole brick manufacturing plant.

Finished Brick Samples

According to different usage purpose, finished bricks can be divided into out-wall decoration bricks, and inner-wall construction bricks.

Out-wall decoration bricks come with smooth surface and uniform color , and normally burning fuel is natural gas or coal powder, which is showered into the burning kiln by specific tube system. Out-wall decoration bricks also can be called as Face bricks.

Inner-wall construction bricks, normally featured with rough surface, but higher strength. Burning fuel for inner-wall construction bricks is coal, which can be added into the raw materials, or threw from the top of burning kiln.

Below is the sample for finished bricks, the size, shape and hole rate can be customized as the production requirements of clients.
