Automatic Stacking Machine is used to replace labor brick stacking. After grouping system, bricks can be stacked on kiln car by Automatic Stacking Machine as customer requirements. It is professionally applicable for 2-4.6m section kiln with once setting and firing. Suitable brick size is (220-240)x(110-115)x(43-55)mm and 240x115x90 porous bricks. 

Automatic Stacking Machine includes moving frame, moving vehicle, gripper components, control and testing components, etc. Gripper components are driven by clamping cylinder and grouping cylinder, to grab bricks, group and place bricks. Lifting motor is to lift or lower down grippers, and moving motor to pull moving vehicle. By this structure, grabbing and stacking bricks can be achieved.

Applications:

After cutting machine, bricks will be pushed onto grouping belt. By coordination of cutting machine and grouping machine, brick transverse grouping can be achieved. Grippers go down to grab bricks, then separate in lifting process. Moving driven system takes grippers and moving vehicle to kiln car upside. Gripper lowers down to place bricks by layer, then turn 90°before next staking operation. Brick matrix is in cross layout. After these operation, gripper will back to original position for next stacking. Grippers can be flexibly customized according to kiln section and stacking mode.

Out-wall decoration bricks come with smooth surface and uniform color , and normally burning fuel is natural gas or coal powder, which is showered into the burning kiln by specific tube system. Out-wall decoration bricks also can be called as Face bricks.

Inner-wall construction bricks, normally featured with rough surface, but higher strength. Burning fuel for inner-wall construction bricks is coal, which can be added into the raw materials, or threw from the top of burning kiln.
