This product is widely used in the raw material conveying process of various brick factories. Whether it is a small or medium-sized family-run brick factory or a large-scale brick manufacturing enterprise, the appropriate model or customized equipment can be flexibly selected according to its own production capacity and raw material type. The equipment is designed with "material storage + feeding" as its core, using a motor-driven transmission mechanism to drive the conveyor belt or chain plate in continuous or intermittent motion, achieving uniform, timed, and quantitative conveying of raw materials. Materials are stored in the equipment's built-in tank. By flexibly adjusting the height of the tank valve plate or the speed of the conveyor belt (chain plate), the feeding amount can be precisely controlled to adapt to the production capacity requirements of different brick factory production lines. It also features material homogenization and light crushing functions, capable of crushing larger lumps of soft clay. Furthermore, it can achieve the proportional blending of clay and internal combustion materials, providing uniform and precisely proportioned raw materials for subsequent brick-making processes, ensuring the stability of brick quality from the source. For raw materials with high plasticity and suitable moisture content after aging, the angle design between the trough and the conveyor belt surface is optimized to effectively avoid "material arching" and ensure smooth, unobstructed feeding.

According to different usage purpose, finished bricks can be divided into out-wall decoration bricks, and inner-wall construction bricks.
Out-wall decoration bricks come with smooth surface and uniform color , and normally burning fuel is natural gas or coal powder, which is showered into the burning kiln by specific tube system. Out-wall decoration bricks also can be called as Face bricks.
Inner-wall construction bricks, normally featured with rough surface, but higher strength. Burning fuel for inner-wall construction bricks is coal, which can be added into the raw materials, or threw from the top of burning kiln.
