Product Description:

The box feeder is a continuous feeding device that integrates material storage, buffering, and quantitative conveying. Working Principle:

After the equipment starts, the drive motor drives the conveyor belt or chain plate to rotate at a constant speed via the reducer. The material enters the storage box through the feed inlet, forming a stable material layer inside the box, avoiding the impact of material fluctuations on feeding accuracy. By adjusting the gate opening, the material layer thickness can be precisely controlled. Combined with the frequency conversion speed regulation function, the conveying speed can be flexibly adjusted, ultimately achieving continuous, uniform, and quantitative feeding within the range of 0.6–80 m³/h. At the same time, the material feeding device works synchronously to crush soft, large pieces of material, ensuring that the material is evenly distributed on the conveying components and efficiently transported to subsequent equipment. It can also realize the proportional mixing of mud and internal combustion materials to meet different production ratio requirements.
