Working Principle:
The raw materials in the hopper are pressed onto the chain plate. The variable frequency motor drives the drive sprocket through the reducer, which drives the closed traction chain to rotate in a cycle. The chain plate carries the material forward at a uniform speed. By adjusting the speed of the variable frequency motor, the running speed of the chain plate can be changed to adjust the feeding amount. The material is evenly fed into the downstream crusher or screening equipment to complete the continuous quantitative feeding operation.
